Benefits to using Sperm Vision™ from Bovine
• Precision: Sperm Vision™ provides excellent cell recognition. A new particle filter collects sperm-like particles from the seminal plasma or egg yolk particles. Agglutinated cells are excluded from the analysis.
• Optimized Process: Sperm Vision™ standardizes evaluation and calculation criteria, which significantly improves the accuracy of motility and concentration analysis. The calculated “security margin” for spermatozoa per dose can be lowered considerably.
• Morphology: The user has got the possibility of a comfortable, fast morphology evaluation. Besides motility, sperm velocity, linearity and hyperactivity, morphological criteria can optionally account for the calculation of the extender volume.
• Individual Settings: The user can individually define which criteria and ponderation account for the dose calculation.
• Documentation: Pictures and complete films, as well as all analyse data are archived. Thus Sperm Vision™ allows retrospective monitoring to demonstrate the quality of each frozen or delivered semen dose.
